Since this blog talks about making money from home blogging, I thought I might reach out to the email marketers as well or those thinking about email marketing. (Another place you can find good marketing information).

Just as a side note, I started email marketing this past weekend and found it to be interesting. Interesting actually is an understatement. Email marketing is another lucrative form of making money from home.

However, make sure you know the rules. Rules that will keep you out of trouble with the law, as well as keep your customers satisfied.

Knowing anti-SPAM compliance, single & double-opt in methods, text vs. HTML formats all help when marketing to this audience.

Many of you are thinking of the unsolicited junk emails you receive. Keep in mind, they aren’t unsolicited, some of them. Somewhere along the line you made a purchase, or left some cookies somewhere that led directly back to you. It’s all based on the sometimes fine print on online ordering websites that already have the boxes checked off for you to receive additional marketing information.
